Accounts Assistant £25k Hybrid (Reading 1 day, 4 days work from home)

Our technology client based in Reading are looking to hire a finance assistant. This is a hybrid role where you will only need to go to the office one day a week once established in the role, with the other 4 days working from home. Main Duties of Job Create and send customer invoices after receiving Sign Off from Project Manager & customer, matching it to the customer's PO Issue monthly statements to all customers Responding to customer queries relating to invoices, escalating where necessary Reconciling payments from customers Managing Sign Off inbox Managing Accounts inbox, answering queries and escalating where necessary Posting supplier invoices and credit notes Posting credit card receipts Supplier statements reconciliation Ad-hoc posting of employee expense claims Supporting Finance team as and when required
