Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Glasgow / Kilmarnock, are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has been working in the industry for a couple years and is seeking their next challenge. This role is excellent for an individual looking to progress and further their skillset The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of projects including a variety of refurbishments and new builds across a range of sectors within the construction industry. Quantity Surveyor Position Overview Ability to work within a larger team and assist with the development of Trainee Quantity SurveyorsConfident in a client facing roleUnderstanding and practical experience of both pre-contract and post-contract workKnowledge and understanding of main contract formsAbility to manage and deliver projects independently with minimum supervision.
