Financial Controller

Financial Controller required for Hertfordshire based Service Provider offering a large degree of Hybrid working. Whilst reporting into and working closely with the CFO you will focus on the introduction of improvements around Financial Control and transactional finance as well as the day to day production of Financial and Management reporting Key accountabilities and duties include: Management, motivation and development of a small team covering, Business Partnering, Credit Control, AP, AR and billings. Preparation of group Management Accounts along with commentary and recommendations P&L and Balance sheet Management KPI Analysis Budgeting and Forecasting Financial reporting including Statutory Reporting and Audit Management. Managing the relationships with Auditors and dealing with related queries Systems and Process improvements around payables, receivables and Credit Control. Cost Control Management Cash-flow Management Ad-hoc projects supporting the CFO and Investors The ideal candidate will be an hands-on and experienced qualified Finance Manager with broad exposure across most areas of finance. It would be desirable if you have exposure to working in a business undergoing turn-around. On offer is a good degree of Hybrid working (1 to 2 days in office) and benefits package.
