The role

The Regenda Group are searching for a Head of Asset Delivery to provide effective leadership, management and budgetary control of the Group’s repairs, investment and communal services. You will provide a focused, cost-effective service in line with customers’ expectations and requirements.

The right fit

  • You’ll have a proven track record of building, leading and motivating teams committed to the vision and values of the organisation.
  • You’ll possess an excellent, customer focused approach along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • You will also have a track record of effective contract management along with experience of delivering complex asset repairs services.
  • You’ll have demonstrable experience of planning and organising teamwork or coordinating complex activities to meet fluctuations in demand and ensuring adherence to established systems and procedures.
  • You will have senior level experience which demonstrates the ability to analyse, interpret and report on complex information to a standard appropriate to the role.
  • You’ll have a successful track record of delivering services with a commercial focus and outlook.
  • You will have experience of managing budgets, possess advanced data management skills and have good interpersonal skills to develop excellent working relationships.

We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
